How is your training program going? Do you need a new exercise to try?
This is my exercise of the week and my clients are just loving it! ( *sarcastic tone implied* ) I love it because it gives a nice twist to my abs and makes sure that those oblique muscles don’t miss out on some love!
Why not add 20 twists to your workouts this week .. throw it in at the end, or beginning or do it each time you go to the loo! You could add it in on your run / walk too … every kilometre or every 5 minutes. I guarantee that you will feel your muscles working after a few sets!
