Who would like to do a little challenge in May?   Let’s do a plank a day!  Don’t panic though … we are going to start with some baby steps and build up our core to be super strong by the end of May!

Here’s all the details …

So basically, start on May 1 and complete a plank for 30 seconds.  Choose your level, knees or toes and go!  Each day we will complete again with some days as you can see, increasing the time.  Please also note here that if you are planking on your toes and feel that it’s getting all a bit much and your lower back is starting to twinge … drop down to your knees, realign and keep it going!

As we progress you have an option of doing a variation … I’ll explain and demonstrate these as we go along but remember you do not have to do the variations, they are just for adding a little spice 😉
