It’s pretty simple really … start moving. 

Whilst I will agree there are other factors that are involved ( like don’t sit on your backside consuming left over sugar from Christmas ) if you want a great looking butt,  you really do need to move it!

Moving, as in exercise, for say 20 minutes per day will not only help with weight loss and fitness, it will help you feel great too!

So get moving!
