You have decided on your New Year goals right?  Just like almost everyone else …

Have you put a plan in place to achieve your goals?

What will you be doing to keep yourself motivated and remind you to stick with your plans even when it gets a bit tough?

Here’s an idea that might keep you going …

Choose one word or phrase that will encourage you and motivate you when it is a bit tough to eat healthy balanced meals or get your butt out the door for your scheduled training session … call it your “kick in the butt” word, or whatever you want to call it!

Once you have chosen your word / phrase, print it out, or write it down and keep it somewhere that you can see it regularly .. on the fridge, bathroom mirror, computer. I’ve been known to set myself a reminder on my phone at those particular times of day when I feel like eating anything I can get my hands on.

Keep reminding yourself!  These little reminders are to keep you exercising your self control .. and get you closer to your goals!
